Job Description

• Assist in conducting user research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing. • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. • Support the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to inform design decisions. • Collaborate with product managers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. • Analyze product usage data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to identify areas for optimization. • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark product features and user experiences against industry standards. • Work with UX designers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations. • Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize potential solutions. • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings and product insights are effectively implemented.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience) with 2+ years experience in UX research, product analysis, or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, speak fluent English, and able to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required.
