• Ensure compliance with appropriate NCQA, HEDIS, CLIA, state and federal and other applicable accrediting agencies for assigned practices • Identify and work with consultants and attorneys as needed • Interface with various departments/service areas to obtain data for analyzing and planning business ventures • Make decisions for direct reports in the assigned major functional area • Oversee the development and management of policy and budget for an area • Participate in the development and implementation of new Franciscan Health products and services • Negotiate new business ventures with Hospital administration and management • Produce analyses, reports, product plans, presentations, or other appropriate materials • Provide financial analysis for Hospital administration and management regarding business ventures • Supervise managers or supervisors within one or multiple departments
