Job Requirements
- California licensed attorney
- 3+ years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases
- Ability to draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial
- Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
