• Supports the process of initiating and revising quotes, purchase orders, and invoices for maintenance renewals. • Provides regular updates to customers, vendors, and resellers on relevant information and proactively manage contract renewal timelines. • Implements annual price increases per contractual terms. • Processes reconciliations from vendors bills to validate the data billable to our customers. • Maintains data integrity records in accounting system. • Researches any discrepancies with quotes or billing information received. • Troubleshoots as necessary to resolve discrepancies. • Conducts collections activities and maintains communication with maintenance renewal customers to ensure timely payments. • Assists with streamlining and automating processes while improving internal controls. • Assists in other accounting department duties.
