• Independently manage full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks Online • Maintain clean, accurate, audit-ready financial records • Oversee accruals, sales tax filings, and tip accounting • Prepare and review monthly financial statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow • Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues • Clean up and restructure books where necessary • Ensure financial reporting supports scalability and operational insight • Support multi-location restaurant and franchise clients • Manage restaurant-specific accounting complexities • Understand restaurant workflows, POS systems, and operational terminology • Support migration from QuickBooks Online to Restaurant365 • Learn and become proficient in R365 (training provided) • Assist in data cleanup, system configuration, and reporting optimization • Contribute to building scalable accounting systems • Develop and document accounting workflows and SOPs • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements • Evaluate automation tools and integrations within the accounting tech stack • Collaborate directly with U.S.-based leadership and accounting team members.
