Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in claims administration, benefits operations, and/or relationship or project management
- Strong knowledge of claims processing, root cause analysis, and service improvement
- Advanced knowledge of Cigna claims platforms (e.g., SANP, OneView, Benefit Access)
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Some travel required
