Job Description

• Serve as key strategic advisor to Finance and operations leadership on program growth strategy for our Health Plans/ Health Systems channel by owning forecast models for annual and long-range planning • Own and drive overall strategy on how we forecast health plan & health system demand and subsequently invest in provider supply to support our ambitious growth targets • Identify and drive cross-functional, strategic initiatives in partnership with Finance, Clinical and operations teams to improve program growth and/or profitability • Obsess over how programs are performing against forecast and why, and incorporate learnings to project forward-looking program health • Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to improve forecasting and planning processes through automation and technology

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related experiences. Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized and detail oriented self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to structure ambiguous and complex problems
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets/SQL a must); experience with forecasting/ financial modeling nice to have
  • Able to distill and effectively communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics using large data sets
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across cross-functionally
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
  • Experience with process automation or using technology to drive operational efficiencies; preferred but not required
