Job Description
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a sourcing-focused role, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment
- Experience sourcing for a mix of technical (e.g., engineering, product), business (e.g., operations, strategy), and/or go-to-market roles
- Strong track record of identifying and engaging high-quality, often passive candidates
- Experience conducting structured qualification conversations
- Strong research skills and fluency with modern sourcing tools and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple searches and deliver consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines.
