Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory, or M&A within an acquisitive organization
- Direct experience executing lower middle market transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capability
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously
- Experience building process discipline and repeatable playbooks
- Cross-functional leadership ability with strong executive presence
- International or cross-border transaction experience preferred
- Operator mindset — someone who values execution, clarity, and speed
- High integrity, strong judgment, and alignment with SSA’s ownership culture
