• Perform on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent and third-party systems, including hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems • Optimize system configurations and troubleshoot performance issues • Deliver preventive maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs • Respond promptly to service requests and proactively communicate with customers throughout the service process • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configuration best practices to ensure optimal performance • Collaborate with managers and sales teams to align service delivery with customer expectations • Maintain compliance with Agilent policies and uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service • Provide feedback to Product Specialists, manufacturing teams, and OEM vendors regarding performance anomalies • Document service activities, time, and expenses accurately in SAP and other systems • Train customers and fellow engineers on equipment operation and maintenance • Support complaint handling and quality systems as required
