• Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products. • Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, software, and external partners. • Demonstrate proficiency in low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) electrical diagnosis, controls, and module programming. • Apply in-depth knowledge of basic electrical concepts, including the use of various volt-ohm meters. • Possess strong mechanical knowledge of commercial truck mechanical systems with experience in motors and harness systems preferred. • Provide professional customer facing support through face-to-face interactions and through phone and email communications. • Complete timely and accurate case notes, repair orders, and initiate new cases as required. • Demonstrate professional appearance and effective communication skills with customers on-site and in remote interactions. • Complete training objectives and certifications as assigned by management. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
