Job Description

• Lead cross functional teams development and implementation of scalable cloud-native solutions • Ensure best practices across architecture, development, deployment, and security • Responsible for the overall integrity, quality, and completeness of technical work performed and associated deliverables • Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems lifecycle phases • Interact with the Government regarding Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts • Mentor, guide and supervise teams for related activities • Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes

Job Requirements

Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of experience
Masters and twelve (12) years or more of experience
Active Secret clearance at a minimum required to start
US citizenship required
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices
Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
Strong knowledge of security principles, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and encryption techniques
Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Argo CD)
Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Must have experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Bash, Go)
