• Work collaboratively within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable work for clients and participate in engagement work streams • Determine client needs and provide quality assurance over data analyses; develop deliverables and presentations • Assist in risk identification and mitigation; manage workstream economics and project management • Participate in practice development and required educational opportunities throughout the year • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Create value through meaningful client interactions and data analytics
