Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a four-year college degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or other relevant subject area
- 5+ years professional experience in IT, Business, Manufacturing or a related field
- Experience supporting a global, multi-site implementation of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or above
- Expert knowledge in primary SAP module (PP, MM, WM, QM, PM)
- Drive and capacity to grow knowledge in secondary+ SAP module(s)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Strong facilitation skills, including leveraging electronic collaboration tools such as Teams
- Proven ability to successfully elicit from stakeholders business requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, technical)
- Working knowledge of industry standard procedures related to IT Incident, Request and Change Management processes
- Experience with end user support
- Strong knowledge in secondary+ SAP module(s) (secondary focus can span FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, QM, PM, Security)
- Experience in a Make to Order manufacturing environment
- Experience with HANA, S/4HANA and/or Fiori
- Experience with successfully interacting with offshore teams
- Experience with business and systems process mapping and requirements gathering
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or foundry environment
- Spanish and/or Chinese fluency.
