• Review and test EHR changes to ensure functionality, accuracy, and alignment with organizational needs. • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate form/template updates, workflow changes, and system patches. • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with team members and vendors for resolution. • Maintain detailed documentation of all testing outcomes, change decisions, and implementation actions. • Support training efforts by developing and maintaining user guides and educational materials. • Assist with EHR maintenance, troubleshooting, and special projects as needed. • Uphold established quality assurance standards and the organization’s change management process.
