• Assisting the V.P. and leadership in providing overall leadership to teams assisting and implementing post-disaster recovery efforts. • Scheduling and assigning staff. • Allocating resources, assessing risk and managing risk. • Coordinating various components that contribute to the project as a whole to ensure on-time delivery. • Ensuring that task deadlines are understood and achieved. • Keeping all parties informed of progress and any outstanding issues. • Oversight and management of subcontractors. • Ensuring deliverables are completed compliantly, on schedule and of high quality. • Validate progress and quality of Construction Managers performance, track and confirm noted items are addressed and regularly communicate results. • Follow-up with staff, subcontractors and construction managers on expectations and progress of tasks. • Assist project leadership and staff with client requests by providing data, reports and other required information and in ensuring quality control of all information provided.
