Job Description
• Lead the employee engagement and communication strategy for ES Applications
• Draft yearlong communication plans that reinforce key RTX messages
• Foster collaboration and partnership across the organization
• Support the Office of the Corporate CIO and report to the Sr Dir, Corporate Applications
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with 10 years of related work experience
- Strategic thinking to connect communication plans to larger enterprise priorities
- Professional communication skills with the ability to create visually engaging presentations
- Ability to adopt RTX best practices for effective communications and change management
- Strong capability to synthesize complex content into easily digestible and engaging formats
- Ability to foster buy-in and enthusiasm among leadership for ideas and initiatives
