Job Description

• Own partner operations workflows, ensuring consistent, efficient execution across onboarding, reporting, payments, and ongoing partner support • Partner closely with Account Management to support partner health, retention, and expansion through operational excellence • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Legal to resolve technical issues, launch initiatives, and support partner needs • Maintain accurate partner documentation, processes, and operational playbooks to support scale and consistency • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and tooling • Execute end of month book reporting process to ensure accurate and timely payments to partners based on contractual agreements • Work with Upstart Legal and Compliance to ensure our partners are representing Upstart’s products in an accurate and compliant way

Job Requirements

4+ years of experience in operations, partner operations, program management, or a related role
Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), including data organization, analysis, and reporting
Experience managing multiple workflows or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to own processes end-to-end with a high degree of accountability
Experience managing recurring reporting, reconciliation, or close processes tied to financial or performance outcomes
Experience supporting partner, vendor, or customer-facing programs in a technology or financial services environment (preferred)
Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Mode (preferred)
Experience using generative AI tools to improve operational efficiency or automate workflows (preferred)
Comfort working with multiple data sources and internal dashboards to validate and reconcile results (preferred)
SQL experience or ability to write basic queries for data validation and analysis (preferred)
Experience supporting compliance audits or regulatory documentation processes (preferred)
