• Manage the underwriting and technical document processing surrounding Palmetto’s financial products • Provide installer support to ensure smooth intake surrounding all financial product transactions • Manage frontline knowledge base management • Handle communications management • Monitor compliance • Support EPC partner requests via intercom mechanisms • Drive Capital Markets Operations infrastructure • Manage all queues & action areas within the financial portal • Provide consultative service to transaction partners • Coordinate with internal colleagues to smooth out friction points • Provide coaching and training to transaction partners & sales reps • Maintain datasets on frontline support activity • Surface platform improvements
