Job Description

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for contractors and client agreements, including renewals, terminations, and documentation • Prepare, distribute, and maintain standard contracts, supporting revisions and redlines as needed • Prepare and maintain accurate contractor payment records and related documentation, as well as answer questions as needed • Support cross-functional teams with contract administration and operational processes • Contribute to internal systems organization and process improvement initiatives • Assist with data management, migration, and documentation to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

1–2 years of professional experience (or strong volunteer experience) in operations, project management, compliance, or organizational systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to follow-through and accountability
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Highly organized, self-sufficient, and proactive in solving problems
Familiarity with Notion, Google Drive, and Airtable is a plus; willingness to learn new tools is required
A sense of humor, humility, and a collaborative team-first attitude
Passion for progressive political issues and a desire to contribute to mission-driven work
