Job Requirements
- You will bring expertise in infrastructure management, cloud technologies, and automation tools.
- You will bring expertise in diagnosing issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
- You will identify opportunities for improvement and inspire creativity within the team.
- You have 12 years of hands-on experience handling production infrastructure.
- You will work with technical architects to translate high‑level designs into concrete operations and effective runbooks/support models.
- Establish standards and procedures across the service product lifecycle and ensure practitioners adhere to them.
- Initiate and monitor actions to investigate patterns and trends, determine remedies, and implement preventative measures.
