Job Description

• Serve as the primary licensed insurance resource supporting Rentvine’s insurance product • Receive and execute insurance handoffs from sales and partner-facing teams • Perform regulated insurance activities as a licensed insurance producer or agent • Manage insurance intake, servicing, and follow-up for partners nationwide • Ensure timely responses and compliant execution to support partner confidence and conversion • Provide consistent, day-to-day licensed coverage across all U.S. territories • Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and licensing requirements • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to support rollout and scaling efforts • Help establish scalable insurance workflows and operational best practices

Job Requirements

4+ years of professional insurance experience, ideally on the agent, producer, or sales side
Hands-on experience performing regulated insurance activities, including intake, servicing, and policy execution
Background working closely with customers, partners, and sales teams — and owning outcomes, not just tasks
Active multi-state insurance licensure or a clear willingness and proven ability to obtain and maintain licenses across all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. (51 total jurisdictions) quickly, with company support
Comfort operating across multiple regulatory environments and executing compliantly at national scale
Strong organizational and operational instincts — you know how to bring structure as volume increases
Clear, confident communicator who partners well with sales and cross-functional teams
Self-starter mindset with a bias toward ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Operator mentality: this is a scaling, high-impact role focused on building durable processes and supporting growth — not a call-center or ticket-only function
