Job Description

• Coalesces member feedback, industry experience, and market research to build a product strategy and roadmap • Contributes to the unified product roadmap and vision for the Tessitura platform • Facilitates our product development process • Prioritizes projects and features • Communicates effectively internally and externally about product strategy • Conducts analysis to translate complex member workflows into clear product requirements

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Understanding of payment processing, including compliance requirements (PCI, DSS)
  • Expertise in payment industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies (digital wallets, alternative payment methods, etc.)
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering teams to deliver technical products
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform product decisions
