Job Description

• Develop and cultivate relationships with payers and risk-based healthcare providers • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities that allows you to beat your quota consistently • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closing • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, providing insight into how Arbital Health helps them optimize their value-based care agreements • Work collaboratively with product, marketing, and actuary teams; establish yourself as a key expert voice in our market • Identify, win, and expand customers for Arbital Health; drive revenue growth as an early go-to-market team member

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of selling enterprise technology soliutions experience
  • Startup experience - you understand the pace and expectations of building a new business
  • Experience with payer and provider buying cycles
  • Preferred experience with value-based care contracts/arrangements
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy amidst ambiguity, and open to manage-up to leaders and seek coaching and mentorship rather than daily management
  • You are strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial
  • You are a strong communicator and a quick learner, and can articulate complex data-based concepts clearly
  • You are organized and understand the importance of maintaining accurate data and value an analytical approach to your work
  • You have a track record of exceeding sales goals
