Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, consulting, business, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of ten years’ experience identifying, developing, and capturing contracts for and with federal and government clients and strategic partners
- Experience networking and sourcing federal/government contracts (experience with HHS and health related agencies preferred)
- Strategic hunter with proven ability to grow revenue through existing contract expansion and net-new wins
- Big-picture mindset with ability to execute on near-term opportunities
- Strong industry network to support teaming and long-term growth strategies
- Experience within the government market, including Health IT and Data and Software Technology sectors
- Deep understanding of how to align customer needs with technical and mission-based capabilities
- Strong collaboration skills, especially working with BD, capture, and proposal teams on major pursuits
