Job Description
Job Requirements
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Ability to travel to courts across PA for hearings, appearances, and required meetings
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
- Strong analytical skills to assess legal and regulatory risk
- Effective negotiation skills with opposing counsel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Outstanding time management, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Licensed in additional states such as GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH, or UBE passage (preferred)
- Prior experience in one or more of the following areas: Creditors’ Rights Law, Bankruptcy, Collection Law, Civil Litigation (preferred)
