Job Description

• Drive new business in assigned US region and expand relationships with key accounts • Execute a structured sales plan and deliver against quota • Build strong relationships with customer decision makers at the CXO level and act as a trusted advisor • Report sales activities in Zinier’s CRM system and use data to track progress toward goals • Build and manage pipeline with quarterly forecasting • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success of Zinier customers • Navigate complex opportunities by addressing success factors, competitive dynamics, and partner landscapes • Understand customer IT roadmaps and position Zinier’s solution • Represent Zinier in the market and contribute directly to company growth in a high-growth startup environment

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of software sales experience
  • Experience in Field Service / Workforce Management / Asset Management preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
  • Experience landing large accounts and navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Strong communication skills — in person, written, and presentations
  • Comfortable explaining high-tech concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience working in start-up or entrepreneurial environments preferred
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and self-motivation
  • Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and resilience
  • Honesty, humility, hustle, and hunger
  • Ability to collaborate with customers and teams in other countries or continents
  • Willingness to travel as required
