• The Paid Media Coordinator will be the engine behind the flawless execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Bing, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. • Building, trafficking, and launching advertising campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. • Conducting thorough quality assurance checks on all campaign elements, including URLs, UTM parameters, and targeting settings, prior to launch. • Collaborating with the Paid Media team to implement and manage A/B tests and dynamic creative optimizations. • Managing creative asset refreshes and ensuring proper ad rotation across all active accounts. • Monitoring campaign pacing and performance, proactively flagging any discrepancies or issues. • Maintaining and documenting trafficking processes to contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures. • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
