Job Description

• Drive the implementation of SAP S/4 for Finance and Controlling processes • Collaborate with multiple business and IT teams to help define and support a roadmap for migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4 • Gather and document business requirements for SAP Finance and Controlling • Participate in data analysis of legacy ERP data to identify data quality issues • Help define and implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 • Develop and execute comprehensive testing and quality assurance plans • Execute change management strategies to facilitate the transition from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
A master's degree or MBA is highly preferred
Extensive experience (10+ years) in IT, with a strong focus on technology solutions for FICO functions and hands-on experience with different SAP S/4 FICO core modules using Fiori as front end
In-depth knowledge of the Finance processes within SAP
Proven track record of experience in SAP S/4 implementations, specifically in the Finance and Controlling domain
Familiarity with legacy ERP systems and experience in migrating to SAP S/4
Strong understanding of IT cloud-based solutions and emerging technologies relevant to Finance functions and SAP S/4
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional certifications such as SAP certifications, specifically in FI/CO, and relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) and SAP cFIN are a plus
