• Support the Customer Success team by providing excellent service, document setup, and collaboration • Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance • Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotes • Tie-out XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
