Job Description

• Build, maintain, and refine CRE marketing tools as part of the development team. • Work closely with Product team members to build and improve industry-leading products. • Understand customer needs and engineer elegant solutions. • Iterate on work to meet Buildout Quality standards. • Break down large projects into smaller manageable components for the team. • Collaborate with Product Manager and UX Designer to ensure a consistently great user experience. • Conduct thorough code reviews and pair on challenging issues to drive accountability.

Job Requirements

2+ years of product software development experience within a SaaS company, or the ability to demonstrate you’ve learned enough in less time to still be a great engineer and valuable team member
Solid cross-team and cross-functional communication skills
A love of software engineering, design, documentation, testing, and automation
Ruby/Rails: Deep knowledge of Rails is necessary as the app uses standard Rails and additional tools for design, business logic, and background jobs.
JavaScript: Strong working Javascript base is essential; experience in ES5 and React.
Testing: Familiarity with RSpec for testing is required.
