Job Description

• Drive strategy, execution, and governance across the enterprise by focusing on four key pillars: Strategy & Partnership, Technical & Platform Excellence, Team Leadership & Delivery, Innovation & Continuous Improvement • Develop and execute a multi-year Automation and AI roadmap aligned with company-wide strategic priorities • Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating complex business challenges into actionable, high-impact automation solutions • Collaborate with functional leaders to identify and prioritize efficiency gains through new automation capabilities • Serve as the subject matter expert for our core automation platform Workato and other related automation and integration platforms • Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of all system automations and integrations, ensuring reliability and scalability • Establish and lead an Automation Center of Excellence to enforce best practices, governance, and security standards • Build, mentor, and empower a high-talent, resilient team of automation and AI engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
10+ years of progressive experience in IT, Business Systems, or Automation Engineering
5 years of people management experience, preferred
Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience with Workato and other integration/automation tools
