Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of hotel, extended stay, or aparthotel sales experience.
- Experience with hotel openings and ramp-up phases preferred.
- Strong track record in prospecting, networking, and closing group business.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and departments.
- Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 15% annually.
