• Analyze and document business processes, system requirements, and functional objectives in support of DoD programs • Formulate system scope and objectives aligned with organizational strategy, acquisition policies, and mission needs • Provide technical guidance on the business impact of system design, implementation, and integration decisions • Support DoD lifecycle management activities in accordance with DoD 5000 series policies • Develop and support reporting artifacts using DAMIR formats, including DAES and OSD reports • Support planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes • Utilize systems engineering and process modeling tools to support analysis and documentation • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and government stakeholders to support successful program execution
