Job Description
• Follow our proven Renewal process to offer individualized policy options to existing clients
• Assess & Underwrite client needs
• Present Renewal Quotes, Close and Follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM
• Build relationships with existing clients and capitalize on Leads and referrals
• Manage email follow-ups for missing information and documentation
• Use insurance carrier's platform & technology timely and accurately
Job Requirements
- Speak and write Albanian & English languages fluently
- Pass background check
- Pass Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US
- Sales Aptitude & Sales Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills)
- PC Skills including MS Office
- Higher education is a plus
- Proactive team member, effective collaborator
- Ability to organize tasks effectively, manage time, be results-driven, and capable of working to tight deadlines
