Job Description

• Follow the proven Renewal process to offer individualized policy options • Assess & Underwrite client needs • Present Renewal Quotes, Close and Follow-up • Maintain accurate information in CRM database • Build relationships with existing clients and capitalize on Leads and referrals • Email management and follow-up on missing information

Job Requirements

Speak and write Albanian & English fluently
Pass background check
Pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US
Sales Aptitude & Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing)
PC Skills including MS Office; technology-oriented attitude is a must
Higher education is a plus
Proactive team member, effective collaborator
Ability to organize tasks, manage time, be results-driven and work to tight deadlines
