• Pivotal role in the execution of our corporate development strategy to support the company's growth objectives. • Evaluate potential M&A targets, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals. • Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration. • Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, other data center companies, and other key stakeholders. • Work with our market analyst to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats related to projects and the company. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team. • Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for potential transactions. • Prepare and present investment memos and board presentations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, product, development, construction and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate development initiatives. • Help facilitate post-merger integration efforts to ensure the successful realization of deal synergies.
