• Be the bridge between customers, Product, Sales, and Client Engagement, translating business needs into clear, actionable data insights. • Own requirements gathering, reporting alignment, and information flow across teams to ensure analytics directly support strategic goals. • Surface patterns and gaps in customer data (“They stopped doing this over here, what changed?”) and drive investigations to resolution. • Serve as the customer facing voice of Product Analytics, joining key client or partner calls and turning feedback into measurable requirements. • Partner with analysts to deliver dashboards, reports, and metrics that answer priority business questions. • Lead self initiated research on customer behavior, trends, pilots, and POCs to inform product and business strategy. • Support customer facing data initiatives (e.g., engagement portals, report delivery) and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences. • Collaborate seamlessly within the Product Analytics team to ensure consistent, high quality outputs.
