• Provide accurate legal guidance and recommendations on all matters that affect the company. • Support the Company through Trust & Safety incident responses • Maintain an in-depth understanding of current education regulation (COPPA, FERPA) and legal issues with the ability to provide recommendations on potential needed action • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Domestic and International privacy regulations including GDPR • Create, implement and maintain compliance policies to reduce regulatory risk • Negotiate, create, review, and execute agreements and contracts necessary for business operations • Manage and navigate the Company through litigation associated with general liability risk
