Job Description
• Be the primary legal partner for Freepik Enterprise US and founding legal hire in the US
• Draft, review & negotiate enterprise SaaS and AI-related contracts
• Guide teams on AI/IP, copyright, licensing & data usage
• Stay ahead of US AI regulatory changes and turn them into practical guidance
• Build scalable legal frameworks that accelerate revenue growth
• Partner with HQ legal team in Spain to ensure alignment with GDPR & EU standards
• Set the foundation for commercial legal strategy and enable enterprise business expansion
Job Requirements
- US-qualified lawyer
- 5+ years experience (mix of top law firm + in-house)
- Proven track record with SaaS, licensing & enterprise agreements
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, copyright/IP & AI regulation
- Ability to bridge US legal needs with EU compliance (GDPR & EU standards)
- Experience drafting, reviewing & negotiating enterprise SaaS and AI-related contracts
- Stay ahead of US AI regulatory changes and provide practical guidance
- Business-savvy, confident self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments
