• Work directly with healthcare partners to ensure seamless deployment and operation of our embedded and AI-driven solutions • Configure, test, and troubleshoot IoT and edge systems in real-world environments • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across our fleet of devices, ensuring system reliability in healthcare-critical settings • Act as a trusted technical partner to customers, translating their needs into actionable feedback for the engineering team • Work hands-on with Jetson-powered devices, Linux-based environments, and containerized software deployments • Partner closely with the Platform and AI teams to improve tools, documentation, and deployment processes • Contribute to internal and external documentation, training materials, and technical workshops • Support on-site installations and troubleshooting when required (occasional travel)
