Job Description
• Recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing Product Management organization focused on delivering best-in-class products and experiences for our sellers and customers.
• Partner closely with GTM leadership to translate business objectives and processes into a clear technology strategy and roadmap that delivers measurable business value.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline seller workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance customer insights. Identify high-impact use cases and drive responsible, scalable AI adoption across the GTMS ecosystem.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Deal Desk, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure alignment on goals, trade-offs, and execution.
• Evaluate trade-offs and allocate resources effectively based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
• Apply user-centered design and analytical rigor to simplify complex workflows, improve usability, and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in Product Management leadership for large-scale software or platform ecosystems; strong background in Sales Technology (CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS) and Quote-to-Cash systems.
- Proven experience defining AI-driven product strategies, working with ML/AI engineering teams, and operationalizing AI use cases to improve business performance.
- Ability to influence across functions, communicate complex ideas clearly, and drive consensus at all levels of the organization.
- 12+ years driving digital product strategy and leading transformation across global, matrixed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- Experience operating in large-scale, fast-growth environments ($2B–$10B+ ARR) with subscription/XaaS models.
