Job Description
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance platform components
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of core APIs
• Work closely with product managers and other teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Continuously optimize platform components and transaction processing pipelines
• Tackle complex challenges related to high-volume transaction processing
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software or platform engineering
- At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role
- Strong proficiency in API design principles
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of one or more major programming languages such as Go, C++, or Python
- Excellent communication skills
