Job Description
• Support investigators through the proposal submission process
• Manage a portfolio of sponsored awards
• Negotiate sponsored agreements and contracts
• Collaborate with GPM Operations and stakeholders on legal documentation
• Maintain records in contract database management system
• Monitor expenses and compliance with contract terms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years experience with contract life cycle processing and management preferred
- Experience with electronic contract management system preferred
- 3 years of experience in complex project management
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Fluency in a second language preferred
- Experience in international settings and project management methodologies preferred
