• Responsible for assessing learning needs, supporting feedback loops, developing curriculum, and auditing all KPI’s and delivery metrics. • Lead in the design, development and implementation of Learning Experience curricula, including multi-day bootcamps, full and part day webinars, and autodidactic curricula. • Work intensively with health center teams participating in assigned projects to refine their Learning/Training Team implement best practice concepts. • Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults around Learning/Training performance and evaluate needs to identify opportunities for improvements and possible solutions. • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. • Other duties as assigned.
