Job Description

• Designing and developing content and courses • Creating and maintaining eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials • Designing assessments, exercises, and practice activities • Utilizing adult learning theory and strategies • Curating, evaluating, and organizing learning content • Collaborating with Talent Development and cross-functional partners • Owning the lifecycle management of learning assets and curricula • Consulting with stakeholders to identify performance gaps

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong instructional design portfolio and tool mastery with 3 to 7 years of experience.
  • Experience designing learning across multiple modalities.
