Job Description

• understand and assess/scope client requirements • prepare and present demos of the platform • address and overcome technical objections in the sales process • drive technology exploratory stages of the sales process • provide day-to-day product/technical support to the sales team • offer feedback to senior management and product team on features and industry trends • help onboard new sales and pre-sales resources

Job Requirements

at least 8+ years of experience as a Sr Sales/Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related field in SaaS
proficiency in RESTful APIs, Javascript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and PHP (Smarty is a plus)
ability to clearly and concisely articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
excellent organization skills and attention to detail
strong presentation skills for platform demonstrations and business value conveyance
motivated and active learner willing to ask questions and seek help when needed
integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive issues
ability to multi-task and prioritize independently
