• Manage and complete extensive research to ensure positive outcome on all project work. • Work with managers and faculty to identify needs, coordinate processes and oversee projects to completions. • Prepare special reports needed to report to leadership needs and concerns. • Maintain confidentiality since dealing regularly with privileged information. • Anticipate and problem-solve issues and concerns that will impact the department.
