• Strategically design project scope, goals, and approach in partnership with the project lead and clients • Develop and maintain comprehensive, detailed project plans in Asana, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility of the plan • Understand project status and proactively communicate potential risks to project leads • In collaboration with the project lead and staff researchers, lead the planning and execution of action research activities to support reflection, learning, and accountability for impact • Work collaboratively with the Finance team to manage project budgets, including developing and executing contracts for consultants and handling invoicing activities • If the project is grant-funded, work with the Development team to ensure necessary project data is being captured for reporting • Plan and manage logistics and operations for in-person and virtual events and meetings • Lead and facilitate effective communication between the project team and partner organizations, publishers, vendors, districts, and clients • Maintain and organize all project documentation in Google Drive according to organization-wide guidelines
