• Own end‑to‑end design for global brand initiatives. • Working alongside the Creative Team, concept, plan, and execute robust design systems across all mediums • Help build brand guidelines and set long-term brand vision for each of our ever-evolving golf brands. • Ideate, craft, and launch world-wide campaigns that tell powerful brand stories and launch exciting new products • Lead and coach the Design Team : motivate, delegate, set clear briefs, and oversee in‑house and third‑party designers • Mentor and grow talent by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback that fosters growth, autonomy, and problem‑solving • Present and defend to the Creative Director and Executive Board; field feedback, manage revisions, and align stakeholders while upholding design best practices
